I think that's a great idea! I've been reading your blog for a long time, and I've printed your signs and spread them around. I would just LOVE a Nice Tool Kit!

I've always thought you should sell a workbook or book, with notes or badges or stickers, showing people all the ways to be nice. Give some inspiring stories, and give people some simple things they can do and use to spread the Nice.

As for ideas, what about NICE teleconferences/workshops. There are plenty of sites where you can do it for free (just google "free teleconference"). That way you can take your workshops global!

I think your ideas for Operation NICE are perfect! I also have a "kind" idea to contribute: in order to bring together neighbors (who oftentimes don't see each other, speak to each other, or hang out with each other), you could send out a flyer advertising a project where each family colors/paints/decorates a posterboard to hang in their front windows--as a way of getting to know each other sort of. What do you think? About time we not only made our neighborhoods more beautiful, but also knew a thing or two about each other. What are we so scared of? Actually LIKING each other? Hahaha.

Some other ideas I was thinking:
• Sell stickers, t-shirts through zazzle, spreadshirt or something like that.
• Make OpNice greeting cards
• Make desktop wallpapers for daily inspiration from OpNice
• Maybe an OpNice Facebook/iPhone App with daily inspirational stories, etc....

Operation NICE is a great project and spreading the philosophy to even more people can only help (all of us). Education and community service/NICEness sound like great goals. I think this Pepsi project is a really great program and you will have my support if you submit your idea.
