NICE News: A Not-So-Random Act of Kindness

While browsing around Twitter yesterday, I stumbled upon an article that someone tweeted to my fabulous bud, Secret Agent L. It contained a link to this article titled "A Not-So-Random Act of Kindness", which caught my eye.

I don't know if it's ADD or busyness or laziness, but I typically give up on articles that are longer than two paragraphs. Isn't that terrible? But I was instantly pulled into this one and had tears in my eyes by the end of it! It tells a testimonial of a beautiful kind act that the author witnessed, and goes into how our acts of kindness shouldn't be so random, but perhaps should be more DELIBERATE. Couldn't agree more!

Speaking of Secret Agent L, our favorite little undercover do-gooder is planning on exposing herself! NO! Not in THAT way! Well, I don't think so at least. But she's having a big ole identity reveal party in her home city of Pittsburgh on July 24th. And I'm making the trek out there from Philly to attend!

In addition to partying and planning fun missions for her attendees, she's also raising money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
