NICE Giveaway #16: And the winner is...

Hi guys! I'm ready to announce the winner of the 2010love giveaway! Thank you to everyone who entered. Unfortunately, even with all of your support, Operation NICE is still dropping in the ranks. We're currently in spot #108. What the heck, right? I know you guys are voting, tweeting, blogging, and FB-ing your butts off. And your support means the world to me! But perhaps a grant isn't in my cards. At least, not yet.
