Based out of "Owlabama," Night Owl Paper Goods creates "handmade letterpress cards and eco-chic wooden goodies." You might remember that I showed off their wooden calendar in my March Love List post. Their products are so original and adorable!
Aside from their stock of fabulous items, they also design custom orders and will even print your own design on their wooded cards! I wish I knew about that when I was getting married, because I'm sure receiving a wooden invitation in the mail would have knocked everyone's socks off. I guess I'll just have to renew my vows at some point.
In addition to being innovative, talented, and brilliant people, the crew at Night Owl Paper Goods are also extremely NICE! Especially for you wonderful people, they are offering up these goodies for a giveaway. A Sunny Happy Thoughts Jotter and a set of Danish Deco Rosette Sunny thank you notes (to encourage positive thinking and gratitude, of course)!

How to Win the Giveaway:
All you have to do is leave a comment here and tell me THREE people that you would send one of these lovely "thank you" notes to. Simple! The giveaway will end next Thursday, March 25th, at 8 p.m. ET. Good luck!!!
As for me, well, I'd send one to my Starbucks baristas for always making me smile in the morning (and drawing cute pictures on my cup), one to my husband for doing my laundry and picking up after my messes, and one to the fine folks at Night Owl Paper Goods for making this giveaway possible!

Absolutely adorable.
One for my most awesome story buddy, one for a good friend who is kind enough to let me accompany her to her chemo sessions, and one for my dad who could use a bit more thanks.
Thank you :)

Oh! This makes me smile so much! I adore Night Owl Paper Goods!!!
Without a second thought, I would send my three thank you notes to:
My parents - now that I've been a parent for over nine years, I have truly learned to appreciate them and all that they did for me in the beginning years of my life.
My husband - while he isn't one to comply to celebrating days like Valentine's Day (he believes those days are too forced), he NEVER fails to wow me on days when I'm totally not expecting it at all. He works so very hard for our family and he loves me very well. I couldn't be more blessed!
My dear family friend, Colleen - she gives so generously of her person, her time, her everything, and never asks or expects anything in return. She is an amazing example to me of what a truly charitable person should be. She deserves so much more than just the usual hallmark card for that, for certain!
I think I'm heading over to order that little sunshine notebook. It is adorable!!! Would be fabulous for the Lovely Package Exchange I'm participating in!
Hi there! What a cute giveaway!! I would have to say i'd give thank you cards to my mother-she is always there for me, my best friend-she has stuck by my side through thick and thin, and to my dad-our relationship has reached new father/daughter levels that I never thought was possible. So thankful these people are in my life!
These are super cute! I'd send one to each of my three kids' teachers. Last week, on the same day, my 5yo said "Mom, I can read!", my 9yo asked me to recommend a good book for him to read, and my 12yo declined to go with me to the grocery store because he wanted to "finish this book by bedtime." What joy, to have raised more nerdy readers like myself! But I couldn't have done it without the teachers.
I would send one to my Mom, my daughter and my sisters (3) - so guess I'll use a little more postage!
Love them! I'd give one to my fiance' because he is just great! I'd also want to give one to my mom for her continued patience. Lastly, I'd give one to my coworker in the next cube. He really knows when to talk and when to be quiet! :-)
Oooo! Isn't yellow one of the happiest colors?! Smiles just ooze right out of it! I would send thank yous to my friend Anne in Chicago who recently sent ME a silly card that brightened my work-laden week (you know, return the favor); the barista at Starbucks who's always cheery and chatty and reminds me of a grandmother version of Heidi; and my friend Rachel who's in the middle of her surgery rotation for med school and completely pooped out, yet still manages to send me e-mails and text messages.
My mom: for always supporting me.
My hubby: for taking care of me this past week when I was sick.
and My in-laws to say thank you for the sweet gift.
I would thank my neighbour for letting me use her car, my mother's helper for doing just that & my partner for being an awesome daddio!
I would give one to my Homegirl in TEXAS she always appreciate beautiful handmade things.
I would also give on to my best friend's nieces I know they would cherish it.
Lastly I would give on to my mommy. She loves wood and this would really cool for her to have.
my lovely newlywed friends: who hosted such a nice dinner for me & my bf the other night. tv off, radio on and lots of catching up =)
my dad: for being patient w/me while i learn tagalog. he always speaks to me and translates without laughing at my ridiculous attempts to speak back to him
my boyfriend: who always inspires me to stay positive and stay healthy.. together<3
i subscribe to this blog & am always excited when you update =) thanks for keeping it up lately!!
I'd send the 1st to my grandmother who loves to hear from her grandkids so much. she then copies the cards into "family newsletters" which she mails out to the whole, extended family - so that could be additional, free marketing for you right there! ;)
I'd send the 2nd to a best friend who just had twins...and one is having to have a little additional medical attention for difficulty breathing. i'm so proud of my best friend for doing such a great job. two girls!!
The last I'd send to my sister who's working to start a cake making business. she's amazing at her work, but i know the business part is a steep learning curve. she might need a little encouragement!
:) melissa (mfayn26@gmail.com)
My mom: Cause she's amazing

Your blog is so inspiring! Thank you for the reminder every day that we should be nice just because it's nice to be NICE!! The three people I would give one of these thank you cards too are: my co-worker who drove me to see my mom (4 states away) and all she asked of me was that I go along for the ride, my dad who always takes the time no matter how busy he is to answer questions I have at work, and a gentleman who is like a dad/grandpa to me and always has such wonderfully encouraging things to say to me.

Hey Melissa! These are adorable =)
I would give a card to:
1) The founder of The Rage for donating an item and 3 CDs to the fundraiser I'm organizing on May 1st. As soon as she heard that it was for Canada's largest youth shelter, she pulled off all the stops. Wonderful girl, that Sarah!

I love stationery! Love it!
I would give one to my best friend who is going through a really rough time right now. The second, I'd give to my husband, just because. And the third would have to go to another girfriend, again, for going through an extended rough period.
Too cute! I would send one to my mom, significant other, and maybe my chihuahua for being a great best friend (are pets allowed?) :)
I'm choosing three random folks for my thank you card giveaway.
One is Carl that works at Walmart. Although he doesn't know it he provided me with the best customer service I've ever had! I was super tired one night and all of the lanes were empty but as I passed by everyone looked away (like they didn't want to actually work). Not Carl, Carl was just about to reach in and get a soda for his break when he noticed me, welcomed me over and started up a conversation. I don't think he knows how much I appreciated that and I would like to give him a nice note to show my gratitude for his small gesture.
Second would be to my daughter's teacher - yes, I know my daughter is a handful and you handle her with such grace. It is appreciated everyday.
Third I would like to hang onto in my purse for awhile and wait until I see something happening and spontaneously drop it off after the good dead is done.
how cool is this...ok...here it goes...
i would send one to my GodMother Mary-thank you for your wisdom, advice, shoulder and kind heart-without that i don't know what i would do.
the second would go to M.A.-thank you for teaching me patience, for letting me teach you how to learn.
and the last one would go to my parents-thank you for still holding me, listening, helping me, for giving me continued strength with everything going on, for sharing laughter, for giving me life.
thanks for doing this melissa :)
