At 9PM ET on Thanksgiving night, CNN will be showing a program called CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute. Considering the fact that most news focuses on the negative, I'm really excited about this program. There are so many people out there doing wonderful things, and their names and missions should be more common in our households.
Right now, you can vote for your favorite to help choose the 2008 CNN Hero of the Year who will receive a $100,000 prize!
Every single one of the finalists are amazing, but you know I gotta root for Philly gal, Anne Mahlum. One of my first posts back in July was about Anne who created the non-profit organization, Back On My Feet.
